We do not share waitlist contact details with investors for their own marketing purposes.

4.3 Legal and Safety

We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, the rights of others, or to investigate fraud, security issues, or violations of our Terms.

4.4 Business Transfers

If Vouch is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you (e.g., by email or a notice on the Site) before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

You may contact us at support@vouch.so for more information about these safeguards.

The Site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies through our website hosting provider's built-in functionality. Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help the Site function and provide analytics.

We currently use:

  • Strictly necessary cookies: required for the Site to function (e.g., security, basic navigation)

  • Analytics cookies: provided by our hosting platform to help us understand how visitors use the Site

We do not currently use advertising or marketing cookies, third-party analytics like Google Analytics, social media pixels (such as the Meta Pixel), or cross-site tracking.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect Site functionality. EU/UK visitors will be presented with a cookie consent banner where required by local law.

We keep your waitlist information for as long as you remain on the waitlist or until you ask us to delete it. You can request deletion at any time by emailing support@vouch.so.

We may retain certain information for longer where required by law (for example, to comply with tax, accounting, or legal record-keeping obligations) or where necessary to resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or protect against fraud.
